For desks that research the same island every day.
Brokerages, developer teams and analyst groups. From $600 a month for 5 seats, banded upward, on a term you agree up front.

Seats, shared work, and one invoice.
A desk contracts once, and the research stops living in one person's browser.
- A working session with the whole teamWhat the five Hawaiʻi checks mean, where the county record disagrees with a listing, and how to build the filter set your desk actually needs.
- Seats set up and administeredSeat administration for the organization, so someone on your side adds and removes people without going through us.
- One invoice, agreed in advanceOrganization billing on a single invoice, on an annual or quarterly term, with the scope written down up front.
- Shared work across the deskShared watchlists, shared searches and shared reports, so the research one person does on Monday is on the desk on Tuesday.
Above the top band the arrangement is quoted rather than published, because a desk that size wants seats, a data conversation and a support arrangement agreed together.
What a team costs.
Priced per band rather than per head, so the rate falls as the desk grows. A team seat sits above an individual seat, because shared work is real work for us.
| Band | Per month | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| 5 seats | $600/month | $120 per seat |
| 10 seats | $1,100/month | $110 per seat |
| 25 seats | $2,400/month | $96 per seat |
| More than 25 | Quoted | Agreed per team |
Every seat carries the whole of Pro, and the team plan adds the shared work on top of it. Above the top band the price is agreed rather than published.
Talk to salesThe whole island, on every desk.
Screen ≈172,000 parcels by the records that decide a deal, then hand someone the exact view you were looking at.
One colouring at a time — assessed value, FEMA flood zone, sea-level rise, cesspool evidence, zoning, walkability or short-term-rental registration — over the whole island, with the county record one click from any parcel.
Every view has a URL, so a parcel one person found is a link the whole desk opens — and shared watchlists keep it after the link is closed.

API & data access
Every team plan carries an API allowance. Above it, and above the top seat band, volume and enterprise arrangements are priced against what you query — tell us what you want to build on.
Before you put it to the desk.
- What does a team get?
Everything in Pro on every seat, plus shared watchlists, shared reports, seat administration, organization billing, portfolio monitoring, an API allowance and onboarding for the whole desk.
- How do we get started?
Talk to sales, tell us how many people and what the desk researches, and we set the organization up with its seats and its invoice.
- What are the contract terms?
Annual is preferred and quarterly is fine. An annual team contract is non-refundable after thirty days except where the law requires otherwise, unused seats can be reallocated at any time, and the seat count can be reduced at renewal. If we materially remove something you are paying for, you can cancel with a pro-rata refund.
- Can we get an API or a data feed?
Yes. Every team plan carries an API allowance, and volume above it is priced against what you query. Tell us what you want to build on.
Talk to us →- Can we monitor a portfolio?
Portfolio monitoring watches a list of properties for you and reports the records that changed — assessment, permit, registration and ownership — across the whole set.
Talk to us about the desk.
Tell us how many people research Oʻahu property on your team and what they get stuck on, and we set the organization up around it.
