Terms

The questions that decide it.

Getting started, cancellation, refunds and what the founding lock is worth.

How do I get started?

Request Pro access and we set you up the same business day. Tell us what you research and we configure the account around it.

Get Pro →
Can I cancel?

Yes — monthly plans cancel any time, effective at the end of the period already paid for. A lapsed account keeps its saved lists and searches read-only for twelve months rather than losing them.

Can I get a refund?

A first monthly plan is refundable in full for fourteen days, no questions asked. A report is refundable in full before work starts; once it is delivered, a line that is wrong against the source it cites is corrected, and refunded if it cannot be.

What does the founding price mean?

$99 a month is locked for 12 months from the day your access starts, and the lock survives the move to the $149 list price.

Is there an annual plan?

$990 a year — two months free against the monthly price, on the same founding lock.

Does the map really stay free?

Yes, and it is structural rather than promotional. The full map, every one of ≈326,000 property pages, and all five Hawaiʻi checks are free with no account.

Where does the data come from?

7 public-record sources and 17 datasets — the county assessment roll, the State parcel and zoning layers, FEMA flood mapping, the Department of Health cesspool inventory, the county permit record and the rest — with ~320 public-record fields captured, each carrying the source it came from and the date that source published it.

Open the map on a property you already know. If it does not tell you more than you could get anywhere else, there is nothing here worth paying for.
